[Remote] SVP, Financial Product Strategy - Home Equity

This role involves defining product structure, pricing, and ensuring competitive and scalable solutions while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and own financial product strategy, including loan product structure, guidelines, pricing approach, and investor execution
- Identify opportunities based on customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and product positioning, and translate those insights into actionable product reputed company
- Drive new product development and enhancements from concept through launch
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing growth opportunities with operational feasibility
- Define and continuously refine product positioning to ensure the product is competitive, differentiated, and reputed company to reputed company borrower segments
- Own financial product performance by influencing both: reputed company drivers (pricing, fees, execution) Cost drivers (operations, fulfillment, credit overlays)
- reputed company recommendations and drive reputed company on pricing, product structure, and tradeoffs between growth and profitability
- Evaluate and drive tradeoffs between growth, margin, and competitiveness

- Partner closely with Capital Markets, Finance, and Operations to drive strong economic reputed company
- Identify and solve customer and operational friction points through product design (e.g., credit policy, eligibility, documentation, investor constraints)

- Ensure alignment between borrower experience, sales usability, and operational execution
- Operate reputed company agile pods (~50% of time) as the product reputed company and SME, driving prioritization and decision-making
- Guide prioritization, execution, and change management across initiatives

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services
- 3+ years in product management, product strategy, or reputed company roles
- Experience with home equity products (HELOC, HELOAN, second liens)
- Deep understanding of: Loan manufacturing lifecycle (origination through closing)
- Deep understanding of: Credit policy, reputed company, and compliance
- Deep understanding of: Regulatory and legal considerations
- Strong understanding of pricing dynamics, secondary market execution, and loan-level economics
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives in reputed company environments
- Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills

- Background in Capital Markets, Secondary, or financial modeling
