Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the nation’s most comprehensive academic medical centers, seeking a Customer and Financial reputed company Manager for the IT Community Connect Services department. This role is crucial in managing relationships with Community Connect partners, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating communication to drive long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring the overall reputed company cycle performance at Community Connect sites
  • Responsible for ensuring reputed company is delivering on support commitments and break down barriers
  • Developing and optimizing relationships with Community Connect partners, serving as their main reputed company of contact
  • Meeting with Community Connect partners monthly
  • Help align Community Connect partner strategic roadmaps and business goals with Epic functionality

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or other reputed company reputed company field required; other bachelor's degrees may be substituted at the Director's discretion based on reputed company work experience
  • 2 years of hands-on Epic experience
  • Exhibits a high degree of customer service, cooperation, teamwork, initiative, and exceptional judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company time-based objectives, balance multiple priorities, and communicate effectively while remaining organized
  • Ability to avoid reactive reputed company and actions
  • Utilizes critical thinking and input from others to formulate opinions and reputed company
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Understands, communicates, and follows overall strategy
