[Remote] Financial Consultant - Client Growth & Retention

As a Financial Consultant, you will engage clients, reputed company personalized financial planning advice, and build long-term relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients through marketing campaigns and reputed company programs, using a strong, confident, and persuasive communication style to encourage productive reputed company, reinforce EFE values, increase client retention, and attract new assets
• Actively engages the client in exploratory reputed company to identify needs/wants and initiates financial goal-based conversations; presents appropriate financial solutions to support the achievement of client objectives
• Helps build the client relationship by serving as a knowledgeable resource for information and advice; handles interactions accurately & reputed company
• Educates client on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies
• Works with high emotional intelligence, developing an unwavering environment of client trust
• Excels in a consistent, structured work environment
• Effective at time and prospect management; seeks to improve client contact reputed company and ensure that EFE campaigns are highly successful

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent level of professional work experience
• Possess the Series 65 or Series 7+66 securities licenses (Series 65 equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a consultative sales role; work in a call center preferably in an outbound reputed company
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Results oriented, with a passion for talking to clients over the phone to uncover their financial needs and advise on client's financial goals

Benefits

• This role is eligible for a quarterly performance based sales bonus.
