[Remote] Clinical Recruiter (Contractor)

They are seeking 2-3 Full-Cycle Recruiters to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination, focusing on building strong relationships with exceptional clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — reputed company, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process using reputed company ATS
• reputed company proactively through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, networking, and outbound reputed company
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines and reputed company
• Conduct high-volume reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company channels to engage new candidates
• Assess candidate qualifications based on credentials, experience, clinical expertise, and alignment with organizational needs
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle reputed company; experience hiring clinicians or reputed company is strongly preferred
