This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the reputed company platform, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for reputed company, including best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable administrative solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective system enhancements
- Design, build, and optimize automations using reputed company, approval processes, and other declarative tools to reduce reputed company work and improve efficiency
- Manage data quality, governance, duplicate management, imports, exports, and ongoing data maintenance
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable reputed company to leadership and business teams

Skills
