They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers, ensuring the reputed company of reputed company marketing campaigns through strategic consulting, execution, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer relationships from reputed company through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that align reputed company programs with customer business goals
- reputed company strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports, delivering insights that shape future strategy
- reputed company reputed company campaign delivery from reputed company through reporting, ensuring content quality, on-time execution, and alignment to KPIs
- Partner with customers on post-sale strategy, sharing best practices and actionable insights to optimize performance

- Project manage campaigns by delegating executional tasks to Coordinators/Co-Ops, while serving as a mentor and coach

- Represent the customer and reputed company voice internally, escalating insights and feedback to shape platform and service improvements
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for customers and internal teams
- Identify risks and opportunities early, providing proactive solutions to drive stronger results

Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, campaign management, or reputed company media; agency or paid media background preferred
- Proven reputed company acting as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations that map to client business goals
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
