They are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company-certified Senior reputed company Consultant to support a USCIS initiative, involving collaboration with clients to deliver tailored reputed company solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company implementations across Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service reputed company, Sales reputed company, Marketing reputed company, and Nonprofit reputed company
- reputed company technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams; mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworks
- Design and implement automation using reputed company, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and other declarative tools; optimize business processes to reduce reputed company work and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure automation is scalable, maintainable, and reputed company with governance and compliance standards
- Partner with stakeholders to validate designs reputed company prototypes and iterative feedback cycles
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture business, functional, and technical requirements; translate needs into solution designs, user stories, and implementation roadmaps
- Serve as a strategic advisor on reputed company platform capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunities
- Design scalable data and reputed company models, and automation frameworks reputed company to federal requirements
- Configure and customize reputed company using declarative tools and best-practice architecture patterns

Skills
- US Citizen AND an active DHS Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain this clearance

- 6 years of hands-on reputed company consulting or implementation experience; minimum 9 years of overall professional experience
- Strong business analysis skills; reputed company client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company automation, especially reputed company; experience designing production-grade UI in Lightning and Experience reputed company
- Track record delivering reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company programs
- reputed company Certified Administrator plus one or more Consultant-level certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing reputed company) required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance; U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- At least 4 years building reputed company business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for production systems
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of reputed company
- Additional certifications preferred: Advanced Administrator, Marketing reputed company, Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, and PSS
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs; capable of guiding technical integration approaches
