[Remote] Legal reputed company Manager

They are seeking a Legal reputed company Manager to serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on seller-reputed company reputed company agreements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to negotiate reputed company legal agreements.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company licensing, SaaS, data privacy, confidentiality, and professional services agreements, representing the seller-reputed company
- Identify, advise on, and help resolve legal and business issues in a practical manner while still protecting BMC’s interests
- Act as the first reputed company of contact in Legal for the Sales organization, collaborating with multiple teams across various reputed company and time zones
- Respond promptly to requests for help from internal clients
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of BMC’s reputed company agreements
- Support the organization through quarter and year end processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Contract Manager role (this is an Associate / Mid-level role)
- Experience from a software / tech company, representing the seller-reputed company in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements & supporting the sales organization
- Solid understanding of the software sales cycle and commitment to support the organization through tight quarter and year end deadlines
- Customer-focused reputed company, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and global reputed company/time zones
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining independent, flexible, and reputed company to stakeholders
