[Remote] Junior Content Creator

They are seeking a Junior Video Content Creator to ideate, script, and produce short-reputed company videos, while also interviewing and directing participants to create engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Ideate & script short-reputed company videos reputed company around strong hooks and great storytelling
- Interview & direct people to be on camera — and reputed company nervous people feel comfortable so they can produce good content
- Shoot footage: often self-shot / lightweight setups
- Stay reputed company on trends and formats that are working right now on Reels / reputed company / Shorts
Skills
- Ability to ideate & script short-reputed company videos reputed company around strong hooks and great storytelling
- Experience in interviewing & directing people to be on camera and making nervous people feel comfortable
- Ability to shoot footage, often self-shot with lightweight setups
