[Remote] Information Technology Administrator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for incoming support requests, triaging tickets, assigning appropriate reputed company (High, reputed company, or Low), and distributing tasks for resolution
• Respond to, assist with, and work on incoming support requests from employees

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT Administrator or equivalent role
• Experience with Python programming language or a desire and ability to learn
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and automated ticketing workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
