They are seeking an HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate to support the administration and optimization of HR systems, assist with performance review processes, and reputed company operational support across HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives, including discovery, testing, documentation, and coordination activities
  • Support employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systems
  • Partner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles in reputed company
  • Support review cycle launches, communications, scheduling, and compliance throughout each phase of the process

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency

Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or reputed company HR functions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentially
  • Proficiency in reputed company and comfort working with reports and HR data
  • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as performance management or employee data management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred
  • Experience working with HR systems such as reputed company and/or reputed company preferred
