VITS Consulting Corp is seeking a highly motivated Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to reputed company and drive reputed company reputed company and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) initiatives. The role involves blending Agile delivery leadership with strong project management practices to ensure successful execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Agile teams as a Scrum Master while applying project management best practices to deliver strategic initiatives
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
- Partner with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Foster accountability and ensure action items are followed through to completion

- Monitor project health, remove impediments, and support teams in achieving delivery objectives

Skills
- 5 10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid Agile delivery leadership roles

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum reputed company, and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership reputed company and ability to influence without direct authority
