[Remote] Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through project completion
• reputed company project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
• reputed company and coordinate large field crews, subcontractors, and union workforces
• Manage projects ranging from approximately $50M to $200M+ in value
• Collaborate with General Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved
• Monitor project performance, productivity, safety, and financial reputed company
• Coordinate project scheduling, reporting, subcontractor management, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships throughout project lifecycles
• Support contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience reputed company heavy civil construction
• Experience managing large-scale projects valued between $50M and $200M+
• Proven experience leading union labor forces and coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management
• Experience managing field operations and resolving reputed company construction challenges
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, high-profile construction environments
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without reputed company or future sponsorship requirements
• Travel required; this position requires extensive travel of 75%+ reputed company, including extended periods on project sites
