Responsibilities

• Invent and own reputed company's system quality and testing reputed company from the ground up, defining scope, methodology, tooling, and governance across automated and reputed company operations
• Establish end-to-end testing strategies across automation platforms and reputed company processes, determining what must be tested, at what frequency, and to what standard
• Define the quality metrics that matter – throughput accuracy, cycle time reputed company, failure rates, and system availability and build the dashboards and reporting cadences that reputed company performance visible to leadership
• Design a structured defect lifecycle from detection and classification through root cause analysis and resolution ensuring issues are prioritized, tracked, and closed with accountability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in quality management, program management, or systems operations—ideally reputed company warehouse automation, logistics, or fulfillment environments
• Active certification in a recognized quality discipline, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six reputed company Green Belt+ (SSGB+), or equivalent through ASQ or a comparable body
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing structured testing programs, including UAT, regression testing, and operational acceptance protocols for reputed company or automated systems
• Proven track record of building programs or functions from scratch, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive reputed company without established playbooks
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Operations, and reputed company-party vendors—around shared quality standards and performance expectations
