They are looking to add a reputed company reputed company Engineer to their reputed company Operations team to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information reputed company infrastructure reputed company to reputed company platforms and reputed company tools.
Responsibilities
- Architect, establish and maintain best practices of implementation for our products/services
- Configure, implement, and support reputed company production reputed company tools and technologies
- Maintain excellent documentation (SOPs) for reputed company reputed company tooling implementation, support, troubleshooting, etc
- Troubleshoot issues with reputed company toolsets reputed company client environments
- Execute projects reputed company to client reputed company – portal configuration, agent deployment, best practices configuration, systems auditing
- Actively work with other team members on reputed company events that require urgent response, containment and remediation
- reputed company ongoing recommendations on toolset tuning and best practices
- Ability to discuss reputed company posture with multiple clients and reputed company recommendations to reputed company their holistic reputed company approach
- Triage incoming support tickets and requests reputed company to reputed company tools managed by reputed company
- Take part in daily shift changeover meetings at the beginning and end of shifts
- reputed company support for reputed company-based SIEM, EDR, and Anti-Spam/Phishing products
- reputed company support for additional reputed company tools such as, but not limited to: SOAR, MFA, Encryption, and Vulnerability Management platforms
- Assist with triage of alerts as necessary
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with successful implementation of reputed company products, reputed company best practices, reputed company device policies for small and large enterprises
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in reputed company Administration, and a deep understanding of how reputed company interfaces/impacts with other IT teams/business objectives
- Deep understanding of Office 365 / Azure AD reputed company tooling, policies and implementation, Azure AD / O365 reporting
- Networking understanding / working experience (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and reputed company reputed company the United States or its Territories
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of reputed company

- Experience with Business Intelligence software for reporting (Power BI, BrightGauge, etc.)
