[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will manage the production and delivery of digital and email marketing solutions specific to the automotive industry, collaborating with internal departments and ensuring campaign reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill reputed company and resolve issues as they pertain to the solution you support
• Ensure reputed company new and existing campaigns are deployed reputed company Service Level Agreement
• Communicate with internal teams and vendor to coordinate reputed company aspects of new client launches and monthly recurring deployment cycles
• Manage monthly customer updates for email reputed company marketing initiatives; coordinating with Creative team on details, offers and requirements
• Submit proofs for client approval and reputed company pre-approval, if applicable
• reputed company with consistency, efficiency and a sense of urgency
• Escalate problems and issues as necessary through the proper channels
• Understand your impact on the reputed company of the client relationship and consistently exceed client expectations
• reputed company Sales Team informed of status updates and reputed company pertinent information regarding the fulfillment of each project or campaign, including any issues, bugs or roadblocks
• Act as a team player and engage Clients and Co-workers with professionalism and respect

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 years' experience in Marketing
• Strong organizational, time management and process management skills
• Ability to deliver high quality results in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team player
• Experience in automotive industry a plus
