They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company support and training reputed company phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- The Business Support Specialist handles client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning to identify the nature of the problem and troubleshoots product and training reputed company questions
- Support and training are provided to clients reputed company phone, email, and live chat
