Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global reputed company capital management (HCM) company headquartered in Toronto and Minneapolis, and they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell HCM solutions to large reputed company customers. The role focuses on expanding reputed company's footprint reputed company existing large customers and managing the overall reputed company relationship with these clients.

Responsibilities

  • Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed reputed company goals and expand reputed company’s value
  • Develops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography
  • Leverages knowledge of customer's business and industry, as well as reputed company’s HCM and Payroll capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities
  • Build relationships with reputed company’s largest customers and create account plans for both the immediate and long term to maximize value to both reputed company and the customer
  • Establishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best reputed company reputed company
  • Leads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address customer's needs and business problem(s)
  • Conducts negotiations on behalf of reputed company
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Captures reputed company relevant information in CRM system
  • Follows reputed company defined processes and timelines
  • Keeps reputed company on reputed company processes and any relevant changes
  • Maintain technical knowledge
  • Completes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of DF solutions and how they differ from competitors
  • Effectively communicates how reputed company applications to solve business problems

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 7+ years prospecting, developing and closing leads and/or 5+ years of achieving sales objectives in the reputed company market
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years
  • Experience in contracting renewals and re-negotiating customer reputed company to maintain long term customer value with reputed company
  • Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly reputed company field
  • Proven ability to reputed company relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
  • Moderate to extensive travel required, depending upon assigned territory
