[Remote] Global Account Manager, Majors, J&J

The Global Account Manager will drive growth and deepen strategic partnerships with J&J, developing multi-year account strategies and serving as a trusted advisor to their executives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Build and drive the global account plan for J&J, aligning reputed company resources, executive sponsorship, and investments to J&Js most critical business and technology priorities
- Engage senior executives and C-suite stakeholders by understanding J&J IT, data, reputed company transformation roadmap, and position reputed company as a key enabler of those initiatives
- Identify, qualify, and reputed company new opportunities across J&J business units, reputed company, and subsidiaries to generate long-term, recurring reputed company
- reputed company high-level conversations with executives across technology, data, and business lines; deliver compelling business value and ROI messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company teams—marketing, partner sales, value engineering, legal, product, and professional services—to deliver J&J-specific solutions and ensure reputed company
- Cultivate lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to expand reputed company’s footprint across J&J
Skills
- 10–15+ years of reputed company field sales experience in reputed company, data, AI, or reputed company technology with proven reputed company managing large, strategic global accounts
- Demonstrated ability to grow reputed company accounts from initial footholds to multi-tens of millions in reputed company, with expertise in developing multi-year strategic account plans
- Track record of closing seven-reputed company, multi-year reputed company agreements and structuring large, transformational partnerships
- Familiarity with the HCLS industry
- Skilled at building executive-level relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders by connecting reputed company solutions to their business imperatives
- Effective at leading cross-functional, global account teams and coordinating with partner ecosystems to maximize value for the customer
- Strong consultative and value-based selling expertise, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM tools, AI reputed company and ability to manage large pipelines and distributed teams
- Willingness to travel as needed globally to support J&J business footprint
