They are seeking a Director of Insurance Operations & Compliance to reputed company the insurance function, ensuring compliance with loan documents and managing insurance risk across the portfolio while driving performance and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute strategic process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction

• Assess and design team structure and resource allocation using data-driven analysis to align staffing reputed company with lender requirements, portfolio complexity, and workload demands

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated people leadership experience, including direct reputed company, coaching, and development of high-performing teams
