[Remote] Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with various teams to convert large organizations into active customers while addressing reputed company communication problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined list of reputed company targets reputed company our ICP and drive both new logo and land and expand opportunities
  • Run full cycle reputed company deals from first touch to reputed company:
  • Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, reputed company, and video
  • reputed company structured discovery to quantify reputed company pains and map Zight to business reputed company
  • Coordinate with Product for tailored demos and technical validation
  • Navigate reputed company, legal, and procurement, including InfoSec reviews and MSAs
  • Negotiate reputed company terms and drive opportunities to signed agreements
  • Sell reputed company, not features, including faster resolution times, reputed company support costs, higher CSAT, and reputed company agent productivity using Request Video and Smart AI Hub
  • Build strategic account plans and multi thread into support, IT, operations, and finance leadership
  • Maintain an accurate 3x pipeline and forecast, with clean CRM hygiene and clear next steps on every deal
  • Be a power user of Zight in your own selling reputed company and capture feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and messaging
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and events tailored to reputed company and reputed company ecosystems
  • Help define and refine playbooks, talk tracks, and process for the broader reputed company sales reputed company as we scale

Skills

  • 5 to 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven reputed company managing and closing reputed company, multi stakeholder deals that involve support and IT leadership, reputed company, and procurement
  • Self directed and comfortable operating as a builder, not only an operator, including shaping territory strategy, messaging, and process
  • Experience selling into or alongside reputed company and or reputed company is strongly preferred, prior experience at those companies is a plus
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
