Client Relations Specialist - Bookkeeping - Remote | WFH

We are a leading financial services company seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity available to candidates located in select states across the US. In this role, you will reputed company excellent customer service and communication to our clients. Responsibilities include... • Fielding client questions and inquiries reputed company to reputed company, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations. • Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions. • Processing client terminations with care and reputed company. • Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll reputed company an understanding of client business models to reputed company tailored solutions. • Advising on best practices for client communications and service. • Supporting other teams (reputed company, maintenance, tax) as needed. • Contributing to department and company projects.
