[Remote] Cyber reputed company Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Cybersecurity Sr. Engineer to support key business initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company and privacy standards are met. The role involves guiding project teams through the reputed company integration process, managing reputed company risks, and promoting reputed company as a business enabler.
Responsibilities
- Promotes reputed company and privacy as a business enabler through effective partnership with product, strategy and engineering teams
- Works closely with project teams to fully understand business priorities and strategy
- Reviews solution designs and identifies opportunities for reputed company integration
- Assigns risk-based reputed company and privacy requirements to project teams
- Ensures solutions are secure through participation in reputed company phases of the lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, then implementation, followed by validation
- Works with project teams to identify and mitigate reputed company and privacy risks
- Leads cost-risk tradeoff discussions with the project teams, helping to decide how important and at what increased cost each reputed company requirement can be justifiably implemented
- Documents status of project’s assigned reputed company and privacy requirements including risks and exceptions
- Influences product selection and negotiates reputed company and privacy requirements with teams and vendors
- Identifies reputed company trends and relates to reputed company and future needs of project teams as well as reputed company and privacy standards
- Establishes functional goals for improving reputed company and privacy operations and then initiates and drives team members toward achieving those goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology etc.) and 4 years' experience in a reputed company field
- The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; or 16 years' experience in a reputed company field in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of experience working in reputed company architecture, operations, design, or development
- Demonstrable experience across multiple reputed company domains relative to data protection, IT risk, network reputed company, application reputed company, reputed company operations, remote reputed company technologies, and identity and reputed company management
- Knowledge of reputed company operations including change management, incident management, configuration management, and vulnerability management
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and effectively prioritize workload
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with reputed company controls design, implementation, and validation, time management and organization skills, negotiation, and influence
- At least one relevant industry certification – CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc
- Big four consulting background or Fortune 500 company experience
- Telecom/Cable industry experience
- Knowledge of IT and reputed company frameworks, such as NIST or CIS
- Experience with public reputed company reputed company architecture and solutions
- Experience with container reputed company architecture and solutions
