[Remote] Key Account Manager, Water Treatment

The Key Account Manager will support and expand industrial water treatment programs for customers in the Salt Lake City region, ensuring reputed company performance of customer treatment programs and driving reputed company retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting for cooling, boiler, and wastewater treatment systems
- Optimize chemical programs to improve system performance, asset protection, and operational reliability
- Troubleshoot feed systems, pumps, controllers, and monitoring equipment
- Conduct audits, system surveys, and performance evaluations to drive reputed company improvement
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with operations, engineering, reliability, and procurement teams
- Identify new business opportunities reputed company existing accounts and reputed company value‑driven proposals
- Present technical reports, KPIs, business reviews, and program recommendations reputed company and professionally
- Collaborate with customers to address performance issues, implement corrective actions, and strengthen partnership value
- Manage account reputed company, pricing execution, and contract performance
- Deliver targeted growth through consultative selling and program expansion
- Support inventory management, chemical ordering, and coordination of on‑site service requirements
- Partner with internal reputed company teams to ensure timely delivery, high service quality, and customer satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with customer safety protocols, environmental regulations, and reputed company standards

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or reputed company field
- Must live reputed company 45 minutes of Texas City, TX or be willing to relocate
- Have previous experience in Refineries/Industrial Water Treatment, especially boilers, cooling towers and waste water
- Possess strong relationship management skills and be reputed company to establish relationships at reputed company reputed company of management
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver strong account retention
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
