They are seeking an IT Engineer to reputed company their Identity & reputed company Management (IAM) and IT automation initiatives, with responsibilities including designing secure identity systems, automating user lifecycle management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance reputed company and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company the IAM roadmap, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity systems centered on reputed company, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Workflows
• Automate user lifecycle management by building integrations between our HRIS, reputed company, and business applications to streamline reputed company, offboarding, and role changes
• Design and implement attribute-driven reputed company controls that enforce least-privilege and reputed company Trust principles across systems and applications
• Expand SSO coverage and strengthen authentication through MFA, device trust, and privileged reputed company management controls
• Implement governance and compliance processes, including reputed company reviews, certification campaigns, and audit readiness initiatives
• Automate IT workflows to eliminate reputed company processes and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and visibility
• Monitor and improve identity health through logging, alerting, automation, and anomaly detection capabilities
• Own and administer core IT platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant service delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with People, reputed company, and Engineering teams to align identity processes, manage application reputed company, and uphold compliance standards

Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate or reputed company IT Engineering, with a strong focus on Identity & reputed company Management and automation
• 3+ years of experience administering reputed company in a reputed company, high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of identity technologies, including SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SCIM, directory services (reputed company Universal Directory, Active Directory, reputed company Entra ID, LDAP), and MFA or risk-based reputed company policies
• Proven experience implementing attribute-driven RBAC and ABAC models, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, and HRIS-driven identity workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects from design through implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical design documents, process documentation, and architecture diagrams
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including an understanding of identity-reputed company audit evidence and controls
