Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales teams, Pre-Sales, partners, and reputed company Managers to establish Skan Professional Services' value proposition and statements of work during pre-sales phases
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects. Create and maintain detailed project plans that emphasize speed to delivery and efficient use of resources
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with customer senior-level executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements, ensuring their successful realization
- Risk Management: Regularly communicate project status, proactively manage and escalate risks and issues both internally and externally to minimize impact on project reputed company

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mining, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and process mining technologies
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale projects
