[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and improving the reputed company instance while supporting reputed company reputed company-generating functions to drive business growth, ensuring data quality and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Administration & Maintenance: Administer the reputed company instance by handling incoming maintenance requests and managing minor enhancements while maintaining an agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• System Optimization: Partner with Sales Operations leadership to streamline reputed company architecture, reduce technical debt, and convert legacy processes into modern reputed company Flows
• Data Analysis & Visualization: reputed company reputed company analyses using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reputed company to identify acquisition and retention trends, conveying results through digestible visualizations

• Process Modeling: Rebuild and refine account scoring models to determine which inputs have the greatest impact on customer acquisition and retention

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a reputed company Administrator or in a Sales Analyst role, preferably reputed company a SaaS company
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture; a reputed company certification is considered a major plus
