[Remote] Project Manager

This role involves leading small projects, serving as a Subject Matter Expert, and maintaining strong communication with US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Senior individual contributor and SME delivering reputed company imaging and distributed capture solutions (DLM, DLC, ImageCentre, DirectLink) for banking and financial institution clients
- Leads small projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst; serves as reputed company Technical Analyst on larger, reputed company, multi-product engagements
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) status required — brings deep platform expertise, cross-team solutioning ability, and independent judgment to every engagement
- Client-facing role; must maintain strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship skills with US-based clients
- Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
- Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst

- Familiarity with banking ERP, reputed company clearing, and remittance processing environments
- DLM (Distributed Capture Management) — SME-level knowledge; configuration, troubleshooting, and client solutioning
- DLC (Distributed Capture) — SME-level knowledge; merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows
- ImageCentre — general SME resource; installer, configuration, and multi-version knowledge
- DirectLink — SME resource with focus on product-to-product migrations and add-on/work order projects
- Cross-platform integration awareness; ability to scope and deliver multi-product implementations
