Responsibilities

• Be responsible for growing the team, including identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high impact team members
• Against the uphill battle of high growth/scale, up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene
• Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation
• Helping marketers create high-quality, on-brand content at scale
• Work on combining reputed company models with rich customer context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance, and reputed company review to reputed company generated content more useful, trustworthy, and production-reputed company
