[Remote] Business Development Director - RIA

They are seeking a Business Development Director - RIA to reputed company the sales of managed accounts and other solutions to RIA clients, reputed company sales strategies, and expand adoption of their wealth management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• reputed company sales of managed accounts (SMA/UMA/Strategists) and other reputed company solutions (tax overlay, direct indexing strategies, etc.) to reputed company Tamarac and reputed company RIA client
• Act as a reputed company generalist (supported by SMEs) to identify and shepherd sales opportunities, spanning managed account trading technologies, performance reporting, investment solutions, overlay services, credit, and insurance exchange platform
• Identify, recruit, and sign new $100MM+ RIA firms on to ENV/TAM, then drive managed account adoption with these firms
• Grow, reputed company, and retain RIA managed account assets in your territory Promote and expand footprint of ENV Financial Wellness Solutions (Alternatives/Credit/Insurance/etc.) with RIAs
• Manage daily job requirements in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc
• Adherence to and application of reputed company legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy reputed company the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
• As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support reputed company's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk

Skills

• 10+ years of financial services experiences, preferably in advisory platform/asset management sales
• BA/BS in finance, business administration or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deep understanding of the advisory business model, Trading and Reporting technology and financial planning process
• Generalist understanding of investment solutions, and wealth management services such as index replication, overlay, credit and insurance products
• Developed and successfully executed product and go-to-market strategies reputed company the financial services industry
• 10+ years' experience of working with financial advisors, managing a region and achieving sales quotas
• Strong business acumen and exceptional leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with clients, colleagues, cross-functional teams as well as reputed company parties
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
• Agile; reputed company to identify and apply appropriate 'win-win' solutions even in new situations
• CFP/CFA designation is a plus
