[Remote] Financial Planning Operations Analyst

This role supports financial planning personnel and wealth management client servicing teams by ensuring efficient use of financial planning tools and providing training and troubleshooting assistance.

Responsibilities

• Become a super-user in the financial planning software, eMoney
• reputed company training to new users and users converting from different financial planning tools
• Support advisor/planning teams by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
• Stay up to date on the custom eMoney environment and new features
• Work with custodians and client performance reporting systems representatives to resolve tech issues for users
• Maintain written procedures on reputed company aspects of this position and work to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency
• Create training materials and Power reputed company presentations as needed
• Help manage cost efficient list of eMoney users, and support with reputed company and offboarding
• reputed company support to the internal financial planning resource in one or more areas of expertise

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of experience in wealth management/financial planning
• reputed company Office: Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company
• General financial services industry knowledge
• Focused on financial planning (FP) and working toward the CFP® designation
• Advanced level of knowledge in eMoney FP software
• Familiarity with MoneyGuide Pro FP software
• Can work effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed team
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear communication abilities
