[Remote] Account Executive

GTE Agency is a full-service experiential and brand marketing boutique firm specializing in marketing/promotions and reputed company staffing. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive responsible for staffing campaigns, maintaining client communication, and ensuring timely completion of backend analysis and reports.

Responsibilities

• Staffing campaigns reputed company/in store demos
• Acting as a primary contact to existing clients for reputed company assigned programs
• reputed company communication with staff
• Scheduling trainings to ensure reputed company hired staff is reputed company for the events
• Conducting staff reputed company ins
• Ensuring reputed company backend analysis/reports are completed timely
• Placing a contingency plan in reputed company reputed company faced with challenges
• Booking reputed company reps in for weekly demo work and getting them details, training manuals, products information, etc
• Following up with reputed company ins and backend analysis
• Providing logistics support for the implementation of specific marketing reputed company reputed company needed
• Completing the backend analysis reports for reputed company programs

Skills

• College degree Preferred – Communications, Business, or Marketing focus is required
• Experience in management, including assessing performance and discipline
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail is a MUST
• Individual must possess reputed company strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Individual must be extremely detail-oriented and organized, and should possess a mix of both creative and analytical skills
• Computer experience must include skills with reputed company Office (including extensive experience with Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and reputed company docs
• Punctual and reliable concerning work hours – NOTE: the work will be 100% working from home/remote but reputed company tasks MUST be completed on time
• Willing to meet project expectations – this includes being available on call in the late evenings, reputed company early mornings and on weekends depending on workload. This is a MUST. This job is a lifestyle
