The role involves configuring the system, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of reputed company modules.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize reputed company applications to meet business and operational requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Design and implement solutions across reputed company modules including Finance, Billing, Matter Management, Time Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
- Configure workflows, reputed company roles, business rules, validation logic, and user interfaces
- Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on custom development, interfaces, and reporting requirements
- Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
