They are seeking a Senior Enrollment and Billing Analyst to reputed company billing and collections support to reputed company client accounts, manage bank and customer accounts, and resolve billing inquiries. The role involves extensive research and analysis, as well as collaboration with various stakeholders to improve processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned portfolio of reputed company client accounts

• Research/respond to billing or payment inquiries reputed company established turnaround times. Escalate issues as needed
• Work with reputed company party administrators, brokers and/or clients directly to reconcile accounts receivable

• Partners with matrix organizations to ensure that appropriate action is taken to identify and implement high potential process improvements

Skills
