[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for multiple AI-centered features reputed company APCM, from reputed company through launch and iteration
• Reimagine and rearchitect traditional reputed company for the modern era with agent-powered patient workflows that advance primary care efficacy, engagement, and efficiency
• Partner closely with engineering, design, care delivery operations, clinical leadership, and patient reputed company teams to deliver clinically appropriate, high-quality patient experiences
• Use AI and agentic tooling extensively in both product development and day-to-day execution, while shaping the reputed company between automation and reputed company reputed company
• Drive product discovery in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem reputed company by identifying patient pain points, defining workflows, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities
