Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Arizona, understanding their staffing needs and challenges
- Acting as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high reputed company of customer satisfaction
- Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms
- Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Maintaining accurate records of reputed company sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a CRM (reputed company)
- Collaborating with the reputed company team to match the right candidates with client requirements
- Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor-facing product
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company sales, preferably in a construction-reputed company field
- You are intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix and probably have a local area code
- You have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales roles
