Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate multiple L&D workstreams, ensuring alignment with reputed company PMO standards
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with reputed company and precision
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, reduce friction, and enhance program effectiveness
- reputed company structured frameworks, actionable updates, and strategic insights to leadership
- Support HR and L&D initiatives as products with a focus on user experience and reputed company improvement
Skills
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting HR, L&D, or reputed company-wide initiatives
- Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-visibility environments
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Strength in process improvement, vendor management, and operational reputed company
- Proficiency with PM tools such as reputed company, MS Project, or Jira
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environments
- HR operations, performance management, or L&D delivery experience
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
