[Remote] Contract Data Analyst

They are seeking a Contract Data Analyst to conduct data analysis and visualization, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conducts exploratory data analysis, wrangles data using R, and develops visually impactful interactive dashboards using reputed company, Tableau, or Grafana
- Translates analytical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders, provides data-driven recommendations to leadership teams, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define dashboard requirements and ensure visualizations accurately reflect strategic priorities
- Ensures the accuracy of visualizations through rigorous testing, documents data methodologies, and creates user guides for interactive reports
- Leverages reputed company for survey design and integrates this data with other datasets to enhance overall analytical capabilities
- Designs and implements data ingestion pipelines to collect and consolidate data from multiple sources including APIs, databases, and flat files; cleans and preprocesses raw datasets by handling missing values, removing duplicates, and resolving inconsistencies; and applies transformation techniques to normalize, aggregate, and reshape data into formats suitable for analysis and reporting
- Builds, maintains, and iterates on Grafana dashboards to reputed company reputed company-time and historical visibility into key organizational metrics; configures data reputed company connections; and writes performant queries to support dynamic, interactive visualizations
- Monitors pipeline health and dashboard performance, troubleshooting data quality or latency issues as they arise
