[Remote] Senior Systems Engineer (reputed company & Life Science) - reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who will reputed company technical efforts for reputed company and life sciences accounts, partnering with sales and customers to design storage architectures for regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship on reputed company and life sciences opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off
- Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for clinical, research, and regulated workloads including medical imaging, genomics, drug discovery, and clinical trial data
- Design architectures that meet the realities of regulated environments: data sovereignty, audit trails, DR, HA, and secure multi-site collaboration
- Build credibility with reputed company IT, research informatics teams, compliance officers, and clinical application owners
- Build and maintain the reputed company technical toolkit: reference architectures, compliance briefs, solution documentation, and competitive positioning
Skills
- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or reputed company Solutions Engineer) at a software, storage, or tech company, including 4+ years focused on reputed company, life sciences, or pharma
- Strong grounding in reputed company data storage for regulated environments: imaging performance, lifecycle management, secure reputed company, and archival, including NFS, SMB, and object
- Working knowledge of reputed company data workflows: medical imaging (DICOM, reputed company, VNA), EMR, genomics and bioinformatics pipelines, clinical research data, or pharma manufacturing - as well as HIPAA, HITECH, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and data retention requirements
- Track record leading reputed company pre-sales engagements end to end in regulated environments
- Comfort engaging clinical, research, IT, compliance, and executive audiences in the same room
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, medical imaging informatics, genomics file formats (FASTQ, BAM, VCF), or research data management platforms
- Background supporting health systems, IDNs, pharma R&D, biotech research, or CROs
- Familiarity with reputed company and hybrid architectures for regulated data, and AI/ML in medical imaging or drug discovery
- Working knowledge of CTMS, reputed company, LIMS, or drug discovery computational platforms
