[Remote] Senior Staff, Advanced Analytics

This role involves leading the data strategy for the app, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights to drive strategic reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key analytics partner to the senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to guide key strategic reputed company. Ensure reputed company of communication and strategic alignment on analytics initiatives
• reputed company craft and analytical reputed company at the analytics team level on advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, experimentation, and metric frameworks
• Collaborate with teams including Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing in reputed company to other cross-functional teams
• Solve large, reputed company ended critical business questions without reputed company prior solutions
• Proactively identify under-invested areas with opportunities and drive XFN alignment on investment
• Design, execute, and analyze reputed company experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact and inform product iteration
• reputed company AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriate

Skills

• A minimum of 10 years experience in advanced analytics, preferably in marketplace and/or travel industries
• Deep technical expertise in data analysis, experimentation, reputed company inference, and familiarity with LLMs
• Deep domain expertise in one area or broad expertise in multiple domain areas
• Robust business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to reputed company informed judgments
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying reputed company concepts in an accessible manner
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions
• An agile, growth-minded approach, demonstrated through a history of driving projects from ideation to impact
• A quantitative undergraduate degree is required
