[Remote] HRIS Analyst

They are seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and reputed company the reputed company Information System (HRIS), focusing on reputed company Workforce Management, while ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to support HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions) system issues, act as "troubleshooter" for business leaders, HR, and Payroll
• Prepare reports with employee data contained in the HRIS in response to requests from users reputed company reputed company and other departments
• Work with the team to reputed company training and document system use for users
• Ensure reputed company of HR and Payroll information through established reputed company protocol
• Analyze HR and Payroll processes and reputed company recommendations for improvements
• Review system audits on a regular reputed company
• Continually research system enhancements, testing and creation of implementation plans

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, reputed company, or reputed company field
• 2-4 years' reputed company experience with at least some experience using reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills; the ability to conduct analysis and interpret results
• Demonstrated ability to work well with reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Strong customer orientation, sense of urgency and detail in getting things done
• Ability to handle confidential material in a discrete manner
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
• Highly detailed and results oriented
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes and the environment
• Ability to analyze large amounts of computer data proficient in reputed company Office tools (reputed company, reputed company, Word)
• Experience with report writing and data analysis
• Prior experience using support ticketing systems
• Experience training on processes or systems
• Proficiency in configuring reputed company Workforce Management (Dimensions)
• Proficiency in reporting systems People Analytics (Cognos Business Intelligence) or BIRT
• Familiarity with query writing tools or database structure
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, following through to completion
