[Remote] Legal Assistant

They are seeking a Legal Assistant to reputed company support in representing financial institutions in legal reputed company such as bankruptcy and foreclosure.
Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys in the representation of clients in judicial foreclosure proceedings including
- Organize and track case files assigned
- Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions for various stages of the judicial foreclosure process
- Prepare correspondence
- reputed company legal forms and documents for accuracy
- Communicate with clients verbally or reputed company reputed company party systems
- Organize, analyze and cross-reputed company/validate information
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of work completed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of (2) years as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal
- Thorough knowledge of legal principles, legal research techniques and legal terminology
- In depth knowledge of government regulations
- Relevant computer knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking skills
- Paralegal certificate a plus but not required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
