[Remote] Head of Marketing

Firstwork is building AI-reputed company workforce operations software for companies that hire, reputed company, verify, train and activate large reputed company workforces. They are seeking a Head of Marketing who will define the category around AI-reputed company workforce operations and build the marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• You’ll own positioning, narrative, brand, product marketing, founder-led content, customer stories, executive events, vertical campaigns, ecosystem relationships and AI-reputed company demand reputed company
• You’ll turn our deployments, data, workflows and customer reputed company into reputed company that the future of workforce operations is already here
• You’ll build the early marketing team, but you should be dangerous before you are resourced. The right person can write, ship, experiment, use AI aggressively, build audience, create executive trust and generate pipeline without waiting for a large team or perfect infrastructure
