Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements reputed company to Professional Services Automation (PSA), project management, resource management, timesheets, expense management, and project reputed company
- Configure and customize OpenAir modules to meet business requirements
- Conduct solution design workshops and recommend best practices
- reputed company functional specifications and process documentation
- Collaborate with reputed company technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities
- Configure workflows, approval processes, project templates, billing rules, and reporting dashboards
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production deployment
- reputed company end-user training and post-go-live support
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Ensure alignment between OpenAir, reputed company ERP, CRM, and reputed company-party applications
Skills
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting reputed company reputed company OpenAir
- Strong understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) processes
- Hands-on experience with: Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Expense Management, Project reputed company, reputed company Recognition, Billing & Invoicing, Utilization Tracking
- Experience conducting requirement gathering and solution design workshops
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and system testing
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Experience integrating OpenAir with reputed company ERP and other reputed company applications
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Experience with financial services, consulting, SaaS, or professional services organizations
