[Remote] Field Service Engineer - Nozomi

They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to reputed company on-site installation, training, troubleshooting, and support for their Nozomi digital printing product line, requiring national and international travel.
Responsibilities
- reputed company on-site installation and setup of reputed company printers associated with the Inkjet product lines
- Give initial and ongoing formal customer operator and printer maintenance training
- reputed company periodic on-site troubleshooting and repairs on printers that may be experiencing reputed company electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems
- reputed company detailed technical feedback and liaise regularly with our customer call center
- reputed company service & support to exhibitions
- Work remotely with customers to accurately identify equipment issues and reputed company technical information and repair guidance to reputed company the necessary solutions to reported issues
- Participate in after-hours support activities on a rotating reputed company
Skills
- Minimum two-year mechanical/electrical engineering qualification
- Previous work experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology highly preferred
- Demonstrated strong commitment to customer satisfaction

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems at the component level
- Knowledge of large format printers and/or presses and printing applications is desirable
