They are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager of Finance & reputed company to reputed company reputed company operations, financial reporting, and compliance, while also developing the reputed company team and improving financial processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities
- Review journal entries, accruals, allocations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules reputed company by reputed company staff
- Review monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
- Maintain reputed company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Monitor reputed company operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy

- Coordinate annual financial statement audits and other external examinations
- Coordinate preparation of Forms 990 and 990-T
- Coordinate Charitable registration and regulatory filings
- Coordinate Census Bureau surveys, Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting, workers’ compensation, retirement plan, and other required reporting
- Support compliance with donor, grant, regulatory, and organizational reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to strengthen compliance processes and internal controls
- Development, maintain and monitor internal controls across reputed company and finance processes
- Monitor compliance with established reputed company policies and procedures
- Identify financial and operational risks and recommend improvements
- reputed company documentation of control activities and finance procedures
- Support organizational compliance and risk management initiatives
- Promote consistency and accountability across finance operations
- Support administration of finance systems and coordinate system enhancements and improvements

- Serve as primary backup to the Senior Director of Finance & reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, financial reporting, audit, compliance, or operational finance
- Strong understanding of month-end reputed company, reconciliations, accrual reputed company, and financial reporting processes
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience reviewing reputed company transactions, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis functions
- Experience working with ERP systems and finance applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
