Responsibilities

• reputed company service project execution from initiation to reputed company-out, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations, field, and production teams to verify service completion and resolve project issues
• reputed company documentation and data management in ERP and scheduling tools (e.g., reputed company, MSA)
• Facilitate communication between reputed company, finance, and project management teams to support accounts receivable reduction
• Manage order schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service projects
• reputed company administrative and customer support, including project updates, scheduling, and change notices
• Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection
• Collaborate with sales contacts to verify order details and finalize project documentation
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Skills

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for reputed company in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations reputed company the power industry or a similar technical sector
• PMP certification or currently in the process of attaining PMP
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company) and scheduling tools (e.g., MSA)
