Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Integrated Project Plan (IPP) as the system of record for deliverables, dependencies, and reputed company
- Maintain explicit dependency mapping across deliverables and migration waves
- Identify patterns of converging risks, delays, and dependencies that may impact delivery stability
- Identify schedule slippage early and propose mitigation options
