They are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to handle inbound calls for scheduling service and maintenance, maintain the customer database, and support reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database
- Making daily outbound phone calls
- Routing technician based reputed company
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
Skills
- Previous call center experience - 1 year
- Must be reputed company to type ~70 wpm
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Ability to work independently as well as reputed company reputed company team
- Be familiar with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Must be reputed company to accurately document information into our customer data reputed company (Service Titan)
- High Speed internet
