[Remote] reputed company Insurance Account Manager

Tycho Insurance is a full-service independent insurance agency specializing in reputed company lines and employee benefits coverage. They are seeking a dedicated reputed company Insurance Account Manager to manage the lifecycle and service/renewal process for a dedicated book of business with reputed company clients, ensuring accurate coverage and proactive renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle for an existing book of reputed company lines accounts, including reputed company new clients, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Expertly handle a reputed company of reputed company coverages including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Professional Liability, reputed company Property, reputed company Auto, and Cyber insurance
• Quote, bind, and issue new reputed company policies in coordination with carriers
• Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and respond to client requests with accuracy and speed
• Process endorsements, policy changes, audits, and binders accurately and reputed company reputed company timelines
• Review policies for coverage accuracy prior to delivery; flag discrepancies proactively
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and underwriters across reputed company formats, including email, text, and phone calls
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
• Support the agency reputed company on new business submissions as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company lines insurance experience (account management or CSR role) with a proven track record of managing a reputed company book of business
• Active Property & Casualty license required (home state; California reciprocity support provided)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: your communication with clients and underwriters is clear, organized, and professional
• Comfortable and effective communicating reputed company email, text, and phone calls
• Detail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy and follow-through
• Self-starter who can manage their own workflow without reputed company supervision
• Comfortable working fully remote with communication across multiple digital formats
